Long Weekends for 2009

The Philippines celebrated Ninoy Aquino Day just last week. This holiday most probably has a special meaning for Filipinos, which is just right, though let’s not feel as guilty if we also see it as another long weekend (August 21-23, Friday to Sunday). It’s not the last long weekend for this year 2009 (see also full list of declared 2009 holidays). Here’s the list of long weekends for the rest of the year:
August 29-31 (3 days, Saturday to Monday) : National Heroes
October 31-Nov 2 (3 days, Saturday to Monday) : All Saints/Souls
November 28-30 (3 days, Saturday to Monday) : Bonifacio Day
December 24-27 (4 days, Thursday to Sunday) : Christmas season
December 30/31 2009 – January 3, 2010 (5 days, Wednesday to Sunday) : New Year holidays/Rizal Day
Now you know the expected long weekends for the rest of the year. It’s always good to book vacations in advance. It would be cheaper, for one. All you have to do now is answer four life-changing questions. One, will I have enough budget to travel? Two, if I have or will have enough budget, would I want to take time out, relax and take a vacation? Three, where do I want to take a vacation?
And fourth, shall I book my vacation through Jetscape Travel & Tours? This is, ahem, the easiest question to answer. Yes, of course. Book a vacation without leaving the comfort of your home. So, what are you waiting for? Click here and tell us where you want to have your vacation. We’ll be more than happy to help you.
